Mary Cheruiyot is the Head of Business Development.

Mary holds a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) from University of South Africa, a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management from Institute of Personnel Management Kenya, and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Nairobi.

Her work experience includes several years in Accounting, Procurement & Logistics, Administration and Human Resources Management. She was also involved in Curriculum Development for the Business Studies Division in the Department of Technical Education for Botswana's Ministry of Education in the years 2004-2006.

She has experience working in the Manufacturing, Education and NGO sectors having worked for Synthetic Fibers Ltd and Daystar University as an Accountant and in CARE Kenya in various capacities.

She also has a number of years consultancy in Business Leadership through training and Systems Development.
