He has attended several courses both locally and internationally on security and the administration of criminal justice systems. He holds a certificate in law from the Kenya School of Law and a certificate of proficiency in Insurance from the College of Insurance Nairobi.
Prior to joining CITAM he was a Security Consultant and a trainer in security investigations and loss assessment for insurance companies.
As Head of Security, he has the primary responsibility for guiding in the establishment of CITAM Security policies, strategies, procedures and standards . This will ensure the highest level of security for CITAM staff and non staff members including assets, with the lowest risk loss and liability to the organization.
Mary Cheruiyot is the Head of Business Development
Mary holds a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) from University of South Africa, a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management from Institute of Personnel Management Kenya, and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Nairobi.
Her work experience includes several years in Accounting, Procurement & Logistics, Administration and Human Resources Management. She was also involved in Curriculum Development for the Business Studies Division in the Department of Technical Education for Botswana’s Ministry of Education in the years 2004-2006.
She has experience working in the Manufacturing, Education and NGO sectors having worked for Synthetic Fibres Ltd and Daystar University as an Accountant and in CARE Kenya in various capacities.
She also has a number of year’s consultancy in Business Leadership through training and Systems Development.
To give assurance that operational and other controls set by management are working as they are supposed.
Ensure the yearly audit plan is fully covered.
Advice management on the best practices in internal controls.

Charles is the Head of ICT. Charles is a holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering ( Specializing in Electronics and Computer Engineering) from the USA. He has many years experience in Computer, Telecommunication and Networks .
The ICT Department was re-established in May of 2006. The main purpose was to ensure CITAM used the Latest in Technology to enhance Ministry.
The department has been able to install Local Area Networks, Internet, Telephone Management system among other technologies . The department is currently working towards achieving a paperless system.
