The Committee of Experts on Constitutional Review in an advertisement appearing in The East African of April 27-May 3, 2009,

in line with its  functions and mandate stated in the Review Act, invited communication by way of a memorandum (written or by braille) from members of the public,  interest groups and registered political parties on:
  1. Key issues they regard to be contentious or not agreed upon in light of
  the previous Constitutional Review process; and
  2. Give their concise proposals on the options(s) available for resolution
  of the issues they have identified.

To help you understand the contentious issues we as Christians have  identified, click here to download a summarry of the christian concerns in the  new constitution for your ease of reference and further action.

Please read it and share it with other Kenyans, especially Christians and ensure you submit your written memoranda on

1. Key issues you regard to be contentious or not agreed upon in light of the previous Constitutional Review process; and
