Shelmith Chabi is the Head of Finance.

She is a Certified Public accountant and a holder of ABE Advanced Diploma. She is also an associate member of The Association of Business Executives (AMABE-UK). She holds a certificate in Christian Leadership from Congress World Breakthrough Network.

She has worked in various sectors having begun her career as  an accountant in CPK Diocese of Embu in 1993. Her work experience includes several years of Finance and Administration, Accounting and Change Management.

Prior to joining CITAM, She worked at Toyota in Kenya for 11 years in various capacities. Her last role was that of Administration Manager in Toyota's Service Department where she was in charge of Finance and Administration. She also has experience in Accounting in Manufacturing, having worked for Sterling Craft Kenya Limited between 1996 and 1998.

As Head of Finance, Shelmith's role is to ensure Prudent Management of CITAMS' financial resources through implementation of sound internal controls for the Ministry.
